Ingredients 2 blocks softened cream cheese, 2 egg whites, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 graham cracker pie crust (storebought or homemade), toppings if desired (canned pie filling, chocolate, etc.) Preparation Preheat oven to 325 F Assembly Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add egg whites, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Mix in 2/3 to 3/4 of the can of milk, until filling is sweet enough. Cooking Pour filling into the pie crust, bake at 325 F for 20-25 minutes or until knife inserted in center of filling comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool for at least 30 minutes before topping. Put on topping if desired, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
